Now, his new Pro Line Racing 632ci power-plant is installed in the new vette and he can't wait to get back to the track!

OSCA Spring Fling Kickoff Steve Lazzaro Wins Super Street!
Jun 10 2009:
Taken from DragRaceCanada...
"After a fast group of Super Street cars were done qualifying, Jerry Mitrovic of Etobicoke, ON, with his twin turbo Mustang would be sitting in the #1 spot. Steve Lazarro with his ProLine powered twin turbo Camaro would be in the #2 spot and Eddie Timal would round out the top 3 with his gorgeous 2000 Corvette.
In round #1 Vito Montesano would take the stripe first with his ERD powered supercharged 68 Camaro knocking off #1 qualifier Mitrovic. Steve Lazarro would be on a single in round #1 but instead of taking a soft pass to conserve parts he blasted down the quarter mile with a stout 6.77 at 219mph.
Lazarro would line up against Mike Yedgarian in the semi’s. Yedgarian, with the help of Kelly Cooper of FatDog Fabrication and famed builder FJ Smith would make it back for the semi’s after experiencing a backfire in the previous round which damaged his throttle body elbow. FJ got things where they needed to be and Kelly welded the piece back together. A few short minutes after the repair was made, the yellow Firebird of Yedgerian was being pulled into the lanes. It would be a nail biter as Lazzaro narrowly squeaked out the win after running another impressive pass of 6.81 at 220mph to Yedgerian’s 6.85 at 211mph.
That win would pit his twin turbo Camaro against the Nitrous powered 03 Mustang of Gino Cavalieri in the finals. Cavalieri had been putting some impressive numbers on the board all weekend long. He was in tough and the 7.13 at 194 mph just wouldn’t be enough as Lazzaro stopped the clocks with a 6.78 at 217mph to take the win."
Tim Lynch Runs 4.200@181.34mph!!!

Tim Lynch / Steve Petty New Engine Combination for 2009
Apr 02 2009:There has been a lot of speculation around Tim and Steve's new engine combination.
Is it a Ford? Is it a Chevy?
The answer is simple. It's a completely custom 5.000" bore center Pro Line Racing 670ci engine.
A few facts about this engine:
BBC/BBF crank won't bolt in it.
BBC/BBF heads won't bolt on it.
BBC/BBF oil pan & timing cover won't bolt to it.
There is no provision for a distributor.
This new Pro Line Racing 670ci engine consists of a custom billet block, cast heads, and a billet intake manifold. The billet intake manifold is a brand new piece that was developed specifically for this engine. Its unique design allows the intake to be 100% bolted together.
After a total of only three passes on the new engine, Tim Lynch and Steve Petty didn't have any problem running deep in the 4.30's during their first test session. They covered the 1/8mi in 4.30@180mph!
At their very first race with the new engine, Tim Lynch and Steve Petty qualified #1 and took home the win at the Holcomb Civil Wars race in Rockingham, NC. They ran their all-time best pass of 4.24@183mph and set the track record during qualifying with a 4.28@183mph!
We are very much looking forward to seeing this same setup in two upcoming cars this season!

Tom Malouf New Engine & Turbo Setup for 2009!
Apr 01 2009:Tom Malouf just recently purchased one of our engines from Grant McCrary for his fox body Outlaw 10.5 mustang. After only two track outings, Malouf ran an impressive 4.46@171mph in the 1/8mi! During this pass, the car left with only 3lbs. of boost and when it reached about 200 feet out it picked up both front tires and didn't set them down until the he let out of the gas at the finish line.
Malouf's new setup consist of a Pro Line Racing alcohol-injected 632ci BBF engine, Precision Pro Mod 90mm turbos, Coan XST Superglide transmission, and a Neal Chance bolt together converter.
We have a good feeling that you will be seeing this car run 4.30's in the near future.

Pro Line Racing Turbo Reducers Precision Pro Mod 94mm to 91mm
Mar 30 2009:
We have just finished up with some brand new turbo reducers for the Precision Pro Mod 94mm turbos. These reducers are perfect for ORSCA and will neck down your turbo inlet to a legal 91mm. These reducers only weigh 8 ounces each! They are held in by set screws which are secured on the outside of the cover. Unlike other reducers, these reducers still allow air to pass through the openings in the compressor cover.

Markiewicz also dipped deep into the 6.70's (6.72@218mph) within his third pass down the track with the new twin turbo setup! The new setup consists of a Pro Line Racing 632ci BBC with twin Precision Pro Mod 94mm turbos!
Congratulations to Bryan Markiewicz & Russ Sutherland for all of their hard work! It's been a long time coming and they deserve every bit of it!
