Bryan Markiewicz Wins Outlaw 10.5!Jul 17 2009:

We had a great time this past weekend at the Huntsville race put on by Mike Hill. There was a very good turnout and lots of Pro Line Racing power hitting the race track.
We provided live coverage for this race via Twitter and we plan on doing this at all of the races that we attend. To keep up with our race coverage and other Pro Line Racing updates,

Kevin Cram showed up from Texas with a freshly built Pro Line Racing BBC engine inside of his awesome twin turbo Limited Street camaro. Prior to this race, Cram had never been in 4-second territory but that soon changed. Cram made his first pass in the 4.90's with a 4.90 and then followed that with several consecutive 4.80 passes with the best of a 4.81! Cram made it all way to the semi-finals but unfortunately lost to Keith Szabo on a hole shot. Watch out Texas!

Eric Dillard drove Todd Berry's Limited Street twin turbo mustang and became the #1 qualifer after four rounds with a 4.77@165mph! Berry's mustang utilizes a Pro Line Racing 632ci BBF engine with twin Precision Pro Mod 90mm turbos. Dillard made it to the second round before being eliminated by Kevin Cram after blowing a tube off and aborting his run.

Tripe B, Bad Brad Brand, brought his incredible Outlaw 10.5 twin turbo mustang back to the track after making a few changes since his last race. Brand's mustang is equipped with a Pro Line Racing 670ci BBF engine with twin Precision Pro Mod 94mm turbos! Brand qualified #2 with a 4.44 but accidentally rolled through the beams during the first round and was eliminated.

Tommy Rainer brought his wicked twin turbo Limited Street camaro ready to race. We recently upgraded Rainer's Pro Line Racing 694ci BBC engine with our torrington thrust bearing and fixed the converter issues he was encountering. Rainer was having a very good weekend with a qualifying time of 4.84 but after having a TPS sensor fail on him he was unable to make it to the staging lanes in time for round two.

Jimmy Blackmon had a string of 4.40's in his Outlaw 10.5 trans am. He runs a Pro Line Racing 555ci BBC engine with twin Precision Pro Mod 90mm turbos. Blackmon made it all the way to the semi-finals where he was eliminated by the same person that he put out last weekend at the Shadyside race, Bryan Markiewicz.

You might have associated the name Bryan Markiewicz with nitrous before. But after winning several races with his twin turbo Outlaw 10.5 mustang, it is clear that he loves his new turbo combination and has officially made the switch.
Markiewicz runs a Pro Line Racing 638ci BBF engine with a pair of Precision Pro Mod 94mm turbos. He put on a show of consistency with a 4.49, 4.47, 4.48, and another 4.48 during qualifying. Markiewicz wowed the crowed with a 4.45 pass during the first round of eliminations while toting the tires the entire length of the track. During the second round, he once again put on a wheelstand show for about 500ft. and finished the pass by eliminating Stavrinos with a 4.41. Markiewicz made it all the way into the finals and took home the win over Futch with a 4.43!
